Estimate Requests Are Not Binding Contracts

Submitting the estimate request form does not create a contract for service. Pricing shown on the Site is illustrative only. Final pricing, scope of work, and scheduling are confirmed in writing (or verbally, followed by written confirmation) after an in-home or on-site assessment. Either party may decline to proceed before a service agreement is finalized.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointment windows are estimates and may shift due to prior jobs, weather, or parts availability. We'll do our best to notify you of any changes. Cancellation and rescheduling terms for confirmed jobs will be communicated at the time of booking.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, photos of completed work, logos, and design — is owned by GDS or used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without our written consent.

Third-Party Links & Brands

The Site may reference third-party manufacturers and brands (such as LiftMaster, Amarr, Hörmann, and Entrematic) that we are authorized to sell and service. These references do not imply that those companies endorse or are responsible for the content of this Site.
